Gas Storage
Our natural gas storage portfolio consists of six strategically located facilities spanning from the Permian Basin to Alabama, offering approximately 146 Bcf of certificated capacity. This diverse footprint allows us to reliably connect supply basins with key demand markets, providing customers with essential flexibility, optionality, and operational certainty. Backed by a modern, high-performing asset base, our facilities are designed to deliver safe, dependable service and are well positioned to support the evolving needs of the U.S. natural gas market.
Bay Gas is a high-turn salt cavern storage and transportation hub located approximately 40 miles north of Mobile, Alabama. With its location as the closest such hub to the Florida and Georgia markets, Bay Gas is crucial to gas and power generation utility customers in the Southeastern U.S.
Additional cavern and associated pipeline expansion opportunities will be evaluated and constructed based on market demand for transportation and storage services at the facility.

Mississippi Hub, LLC - Mississippi Hub Expansion Project
PROJECT UPDATE: March 5, 2024, Mississippi Hub submitted an Abbreviated Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to construct, modify, and operate the Mississippi Hub Capacity Expansion Project under Docket No. CP24-80-000. On March 20, 2025, FERC granted Mississippi Hub, LLC the certificate of authorization to construct modify, and operate its natural gas storage and pipeline facilities.
Enstor has drilled, completed, and started solution mining Cavern Well #4, drilled and completed Saltwater Disposal Well #10 and Raw Water Well #10, refurbished and upgraded the Leaching facility, worked over existing Saltwater Disposal and Raw Water wells, worked over Cavern Well #1 and #2, and have begun increasing the size of these cavern wells.
The Mississippi Hub facility site is located approximately 7.6 miles southwest of the town of Magee, Mississippi. Mississippi Hub expects to begin construction activities for the expansion project in 2025, after receipt of the required approval from FERC and other Federal, State and Local agencies.
To access information regarding Mississippi Hub’s filings and any FERC documents regarding the proposed Mississippi Hub Expansion Project, visit https://elibrary.ferc.gov/eLibrary/.

Katy Storage and Transportation TIP Project
In 2021, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP) announced the award recipients for their 2021 New Technology Implementation Grant (NTIG) Program. The grant supports the implementation of new technologies that will reduce the emissions from facilities and other stationary sources in Texas. Enstor Gas was successfully awarded $2.6 million in grant money to help fund the replacement of eight (8) lean burn natural gas engine drivers (Waukesha 7042GL) used in natural gas storage compression service with eight (8) more efficient and lower emissions, rich burn natural gas engines (Waukesha 7044GSI S5).
The project will be constructed on Enstor owned land in Katy, Texas, and, along with replacing existing lean burn engines with rich burn engines, includes reconfiguring the control panel to accommodate the new engine control module and installing a three-way catalyst to reduce NOx emissions from 2.0 g/bhp-hr to 0.15 g/bhp-hr and VOC emissions from 0.767 g/bhp-hr to 0.003 g/bhp-hr. PM emissions will also be reduced from 0.033 g/bhp-hr to 0.01 g/bhp-hr. This project is funded in part by the State of Texas through a New Technology Implementation Grant Program from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Under the terms of the grant the project is slated to be completed by April 2023.
Quarterly progress reports will be submitted in a timely manner summarizing all aspects of the project tasks. The reports can be viewed at: https://www.tceq.texas.gov/airquality/terp/ntig-projects.

Grama Ridge is located in Lea County, New Mexico, close to production, gathering, processing and generation assets and it is one of the few natural storage fields in the Permian Basin. Grama Ridge is connected to El Paso Natural Gas (EPNG), Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America (NGPL) and DCP Midstream. The location on the North American grid allows Grama Ridge to link Permian supply and the associated production induced volatility with the demand-linked volatility inherent in Western markets.
